U of Laverne Student Housing
Project Overview
The student housing complex at the University of La Verne, located in East Los Angeles, consists of 2 3-story buildings connected with bridges over onee-story concrete podium. The coimplex houses 400 beds and a new residential hall with 18,000 square foot dining hall area and kitchen facility with a total floor area of 96,000 square foot. The diniong hall includes associated gathering areas such as a President’s dining room and recreation lounge. Common area amenities include study rooms, social lounges and a two-story living room at each floor with outdoor patios.
