Project Overview

Located on Admirality Way, right on Marina Del Rey Bay, this Retial complex consisits of three one-stoy and two-story retail and restaurant buildings, three one-story restroom builings and a 2-story yacht club building with a yacht service bay. The structural system is wood framed floors and roofs consisting of long-span open web wood joists, engineered wood stud walls. The laterlal system consists of steel moment frames and wood structural panel shear walls.
