Project Overview

Located in the historic district in Pasadena, , this parking structure is a 6-story concrete building consisting of post-tension concrete decks, concrete beams, columns, and concrete shear walls. The building will serve the renovated Panda Inn restaurant and a future apartment complex and provide more than 400 parking stalls total 135,000 square feet.
