Project Overview
Loctaed right by the Metrolink Train Stateion in Monteclair, this parking structure is a 6-story concrete building consisting of post-tension concrete decks, concrete beams, columns and concrete shear walls. The building serves the apartment complex in Monteclair Village and provide 483 parking stalls for the residents of the village with a total 145,000 square foot.
