Project Overview

The Boardwalk Center at Marina Del Rey includes one office building located at the southeast side of the complex. The building consists of 2-story steel framed structure with concrete-infilled metal deck, steel beams , girders and steel moment frames lateral system. The building features a large second-floor atrium opening, a wing-shaped cantilever roof over the atrium space, and long cantilever projections at teh second floor.
The building is supported on dispalcement cast augur piles.
