Project Overview

Granite Court is an affordable housing for the Irvine
community. The building is a 4-story Type V
80,000 square foot residential apartment buildings total 71 units with a
10,000 square foot landscaped courtyard on concrete podium over 74,000 square feet in two levels of
parking for 156 parking spaces.
